At Al Raisi Perfumes, we aim to deliver your orders safely and on time.

1. Shipping Within India

We deliver across India through trusted courier partners.
Estimated delivery time:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Other Locations: 5–7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery times may vary during festivals, holidays, or due to courier delays beyond our control.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking link
  • Courier partner details
  • Expected delivery date

You can track your order using the link anytime.

5. Wrong Address / Failed Delivery

If the address provided is incorrect or the package is not received after multiple delivery attempts, the order may be returned to us.
Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

We will review and assist you with replacement or resolution.

7. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
We only ship within India.
